Shipping policy

We ship packages on Mondays and Tuesdays only to ensure your plants do not sit in carrier warehouses over the weekend. Please monitor your tracking number closely. If you live in an area experiencing extreme cold (below 40F) or heat (above 90F), we strongly recommend adding a heat/cold pack to your order, as we cannot be held responsible for any transit damage.
